I’m Bel Gamlin and I’m passionate about helping people lead happier and more confident lives! I offer counselling face to face in my therapy room in the heart of Bradford on Avon, by Zoom, telephone or Walk and Talk therapy. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming or confusing. Maybe you are feeling stuck and not sure how to move forwards, held back by difficult feelings, fears or beliefs? Perhaps it’s not easy to speak up about what’s really important to you? It could be you’re not feeling happy with who you are or how you feel around other people; feeling on the edge of things. Just surviving and not thriving?

My aim is to listen deeply to what you bring to counselling and to hold your experience of whatever is going on in your life with care, compassion and without judgement, giving us a safe space to explore and re-evaluate what is important to you and where you would like to go from here.
